Rules for participation in the DV-2011

Submission of applications for participation in the Lottery DV-2011 will take place October 2 – November 30, 2009

Conditions of participation:
To become a member of the Lottery DV-2011 can any person that satisfies only two conditions:
1. Participant must be born in countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. Natives of Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries have the right to participate in the Lottery DV-2011.

2. Participant must have completed secondary education or a minimum of two years work experience.
Basic rules filing:
