Submission of applications for participation in the Lottery DV-2011 will take place October 2 – November 30, 2009
Application shall be made solely electronically on the official Web site Lottery DV-2011.

Conditions of participation:
To become a member of the Lottery DV-2011 can any person that satisfies only two conditions:

1. Participant must be born in countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. Natives of Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries have the right to participate in the Lottery DV-2011.

2. Participant must have completed secondary education or a minimum of two years work experience.

Basic rules filing:

One participant can submit only one application. In the event of multiple applications from one party, all party applications will be disqualified. Spouses and children can apply separately.

The application submitted in English only.
